Michael heads up the Bartier Perry Corporate & Commercial Group and advises on a range of commercial transactions. He has a special interest in licensing and distribution, and regularly assists clients with the drafting of manufacturing, distribution and supply contracts, with a focus on the FMCG sector. Since the start of the year he has been assisting clients navigate through various COVID-19 related supply chain issues, and advising them about their contractual rights and obligations, and their options for contract enforceability.
