  • Loans and/or gifts? Structuring and financial consequences – tax, CGT, impact on social security benefits
  • Protecting mum and dad – accommodation and care options after divestment of the family home
  • Factoring in children, grandchildren and future generations
  • The operation of the NSW notional estate provisions

Tim Henry was admitted to the Supreme Court as a solicitor in 2014. Tim holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree with Second Class Honours from the Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Queensland. He first started working for Gleeson Lawyers in 2014 before taking a year off in 2016 to travel through Europe. Tim has experience in all facets of Succession Law and Criminal Law.
