Jimmy Singh, Principal Lawyer, Criminal Defence Lawyers Australia, Parramatta

Mr. Jimmy Singh is the principal lawyer at Criminal Defence Lawyers Australia, a team of Sydney criminal lawyers. He is highly respected amongst the profession and recognised for his experience and success, exclusively practising in criminal law for over a decade.

Jimmy has represented clients from all walks of life, including some of the high-profile and complex cases in Australian history. His distinguished career as one of the leading criminal and traffic defence lawyers in Sydney has led him to appear in newspapers, tv and radio interviews for expert legal insight on criminal law on important and current issues.

Jimmy started his career regularly appearing in complex defended hearings, appeals and sentences in country courts all around NSW, including Inverell, Armidale, Young, Gosford, Dubbo, and Lismore. He has worked only in criminal and traffic defence.

It was during the earlier times of his career as a criminal lawyer that he started strengthening his developed advocacy skills, always striving for perfection, to achieve the best possible legal outcomes for his clients in court.

It was also during the earlier parts of his career, that he formed a strong view that justice can be better achieved if enough resources and time could be spent on each case at an affordable fixed fee with a strong focus on negotiations early on, something that is not attempted by many practitioners as often as it could be.

Jimmy’s passion for criminal justice is as live today as it was when he commenced his career in criminal law in February 2009. His passion also drives him to contribute towards a robust legal profession, which will ultimately benefit the community to gain greater respect for the legal profession in the public sphere.
