Catherine Brooks, Senior Advisor, Wendy Brooks & Partners, Melbourne, VIc

Catherine is a senior employment lawyer, Accredited Specialist in Workplace Relations, and consultant strategy advisor to fast growth businesses and clients of Law Squared.

Catherine draws on a wealth of knowledge to assist employers in managing their workplace so that they can focus on business growth and profitability. As an employer advocate, she uses her specialist skills in workplace relations to provide strategic legal advice to CEOs and their executive team when it matters most during the employment life cycle: hiring, managing and firing.

Furthermore, Catherine is passionate about working in the not-for-profit space in her role as Senior Advisor at Wendy Brooks & Partners, helping organisations amplify their impact through strategic fundraising, and as a Council Member for Community Directors (as part of the Institute of Community Directors Australia). Catherine also has a wealth of knowledge in this space, having worked with NFPs extensively for the past decade and closely on initiatives like the NFP Assist Legal Membership Service in partnership with Our Community.
