Sally has worked exclusively in family law since her admission to legal practice in 2011.

Before coming to the Bar, in 2013 Sally worked as an Associate to Judge Baker in the Federal Circuit Court in Hobart, and in 2014 for Judge McGuire in the Federal Circuit Court in Melbourne. From 2015 until 2018 Sally worked at a private family law firm in Melbourne where she regularly appeared and instructed in property, parenting and intervention order matters in the Family Court, Federal Circuit Court and Magistrates Court.

Sally was admitted to the Bar in May 2018 and she specialises in family law. She has a particular interest in complex property matters and relocation cases. She accepts briefs to appear at both local and interstate registries as well as regional and circuit work.

Sally is a member of the Family Law Bar Association and the Women's Bar Association.
