Stephen is a senior and very experienced workplace relations, industrial relations, safety, governance and risk lawyer.

Stephen has over 28 years’ experience acting for a wide variety of organisations in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors across Australia and internationally, particularly in the mining services, professional services and aviation industries. He has a wealth of  experience in strategic advisory work, enterprise bargaining,  labour hire, termination of employment (including large scale redundancies), workplace bullying and harassment,  discrimination, judicial reviews, workers compensation and litigation regarding restraints, privacy and confidentiality.
