John Nash, Executive Lawyer, Henry William Lawyers, Sydney

John jointly leads the commercial and corporate team at the commercial law firm Henry William Lawyers based in Sydney CBD, and has been practicing in this field for 10 years.

His career includes a number of years at Herbert Smith Freehills working on corporate advices and transactions, with a focus on private equity and other private treaty business and share sale transactions, and also includes some time as in-house counsel at an agricultural company, before returning to private practice with his current firm.

John’s practice includes general commercial contracting matters and advices as well as corporate transactions, including of course business sales and acquisitions.
