12 years in specialist practice, Jane Spencer is a highly experienced GST advisor with a particular focus on financial services and property sectors.

In addition to her GST advisory, structuring and due diligence work, Jane assists clients with GST Co-operative Compliance Reviews, Specific Issues audits, ATO queries, and advises on litigation matters.

She also works with clients in developing internal GST risk management procedures.

Some long-standing clients include American Express, Brookfield Multiplex, Transfield, and Westpac.

Prior to joining firm, Jane was a Senior Manager in the Tax and Legal Services division at PricewaterhouseCoopers, specialising in Indirect Tax.
