  • Issuing equity to employee best practice structuring including the impact of Division 83A – ESS rules
  • Commercial and tax issues of assisting employee with loan funding including Division 7A
  • What kind of commercial issues may arise where employee have a shareholding including:
    • Composition of Board
    • Putting in place a shareholders agreement and other documentation

David Marschke, Principal, DBM Horizons, Queensland 

David is a specialist tax law adviser as well as being a qualified Chartered Accountant and Registered Tax Agent.
