Richard Neal, Partner, Teece Hodgson & Ward Solicitors, Sydney

Caroline Sims, Partner, Teece Hodgson & Ward Solicitors, Sydney

Caroline is a qualified solicitor in New South Wales and in England and Wales.  Her work at the firm covers a number of different aspects, including estate planning advice (incorporating advice regarding testamentary trusts), where her special area of interest lies in the area of capacity and related planning issues, and estate administration, including applications for grants for probate, letters of administration and reseals of grants from other jurisdictions, and the various issues arising in the administration of estates generally.  She has assisted in estate litigation through to mediated settlement, and has also successfully advised and assisted clients in relation to Guardianship applications to the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) and the NCAT Appeal Panel.
