Lisa enjoys working closely with clients to understand what is important to them and help them achieve it.

Over the years, Lisa has developed considerable expertise in privacy and data protection and has helped clients conduct privacy audits and deal with data breaches.  She also regularly offers detailed advice on privacy practices and compliance, including drafting a wide range of compliance documents.

Lisa works increasingly on new technological products developed by clients, so getting the right tone and wording in the terms and conditions and other legal documents is an important skill which Lisa has developed. She works closely with these clients, talking through the new offerings and exploring different options where there may be a regulatory issue.
