In light of current circumstances, the Law Society of NSW and the Law Institute of Victoria have removed the maximum cap of 5 hours of private study of audio/visual material for the current CPD year.  The Queensland Law Society doesn't have this private study cap.  Lawyers from other states should check with their professional body to see if they have also offered this relief.
