Strata title laws across Australia are constantly changing as State and Territory Governments attempt, with varying success, to find a balance between the competing interest of stakeholders in strata title units, whether owners, owners corporations, managers or developers. In Victoria, the latest reforms of the strata title laws is before the Victorian Parliament, and in this program Tim Graham, from HWL Ebsworth Lawyers in Melbourne, reviews the proposed changes, and their likely practical effect if implemented.
