Managing the Estate Plan When a Trustee or Corporate Trustee Director of a SMSF Loses Capacity

Self-managed superannuation funds have a requirement that all members (where there are two or more members) of the fund must be either individual trustees of the fund or directors of a corporate trustee of the fund. What happens if one of the members/trustees/corporate directors loses capacity to act as director or trustee? This session considers what estate planning steps can be taken to prepare for the eventuality that a trustee or director will lose capacity.
