Our presenter

Claire Martin, Property Lawyer, Kreisson, Sydney

Starting out as a Law Clerk in 2000, Claire has effected thousands of settlements providing extensive knowledge in the conveyancing process and first-hand experience of complications on settlements and lodgement. Claire studied Law through LPAB/LEC (USyd) whilst working full time in areas of Conveyancing, Commercial Law and Family Law.

Recently heading up the property department at KREISSON and embracing PEXA (electronic settlements), Claire has been able to turn her property purchasing hobby into a career. She is admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia.

Claire has her Masters in Applied Law – Property Law and received a lot of industry attention following the successful completion of the first paperless conveyance of Australian Real Property as part of her research for her Thesis titled the “Impact of technology on conveyancing”.
