Gary Newton is an accredited specialist in property law and has a broad property practice built from over 30 years of experience.

Gary’s clients comprise a mixture of property developers, landlords, high net worth individuals, insurance companies and government authorities such as Roads and Maritime Services, University of Technology Sydney, Snowy River Shire Council and Blue Mountains City Council. Gary’s clients have also included Chinese investors conducting property transactions in Australia.
