Allison has over 24 years' experience as a lawyer and in business. Allison has a broad commercial legal practice and advises clients on business and technology law, as well as succession & estate planning and commercial leasing. Although Allison runs her own legal practice, SG Legal, she also works with View Legal, a specialist virtual estate planning law firm.

For over 16 years, Allison ran, a niche legal technology company, which she founded. Prior to founding, Allison worked in top-tier and mid-tier law firms and as Registrar of the Court of Appeal (Qld).

A keen interest in academia has seen Allison gain her PhD, publish two academic texts and many articles. Allison speaks regularly at conferences, gives webinars and writes her own blog., the company founded by Allison in 1999, won an iAward for innovation in court technology and become recognised as a pioneer in using technology in law.
